Returns

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Certain items such as innerwear, personal care items, customized or sale products are non-returnable for hygiene or customization reasons.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@nityanandini.com with your order ID and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, we’ll share the return address and steps to ship the product back.

  3. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer (unless the product received was damaged or incorrect).

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the refund status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges only for size issues or defective items. Please mention your preferred size while requesting an exchange.
